By now, you’ve probably seen a number of articles that mention the upcoming Nokia X phone, which will likely launch in late 2018.
We’re not exactly sure what kind of battery capacity it’ll have or whether it’ll actually be able to last a year, but it’s possible it will be a rechargeable battery.
According to a post on a Chinese website, a Nokia X recharged by a Volvo Xc90 is able to get up to 80% of its battery’s capacity within a few hours.
The article also mentions that the phone can get as much as 70% of battery’s battery life on a single charge.
That’s impressive, considering it’s a rechargeables battery.
However, this article also points out that Nokia X battery capacity will depend on the phone’s design, so the number won’t be precise.
While it’s certainly an impressive feat, this kind of efficiency doesn’t come close to what we see with the Nokia X. We haven’t tested the Volvo-Xc90 and will update this article when we do.
We’ve reached out to Nokia to confirm this claim, and will report back with more information.
