“Mad Men” Season 6 Episode 7, “I Am Not Your Man” will be available on Netflix on June 6, 2018, as part of a new ad campaign called “Money Talks.”
The campaign, which will run on Showtime until June 30, features actor Robert De Niro in a number of scenes, including one in which he explains why he spends so much time on his car: “I get paid for that car, but it takes up the entire time of my day.
And when I get paid, I can spend it on movies.”
It’s not clear whether De Nico’s car is the one in the ad.
(It’s a Mercedes Benz.)
The ad features a photo of De Nio and his wife, actress Megan Mullally, with the caption “Mad men: how much money do you really need?”
It then asks, “How much money can you afford to have?”
The ad ends with a quote from a Mad Men character: “Money talks.”
The ad, which is the first of its kind, was directed by John Wells, a veteran Mad Men actor.
The campaign will also air on MTV.
In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Wells said that “Mad Money Talks” is part of the network’s ongoing effort to connect with the millennial audience.
“I don’t think there’s a lot of people who watch this show who don’t know it’s part of our mission,” Wells said.
“There are a lot more people that we know are going to be on our side and there are a ton of people that are not, who are on our team that are also in the network.”
Wells told EW that the ad will “have some great moments.”
The “MadMen” cast also weighed in on the ad, with Matthew Rhys-Hicks tweeting: “How did you do it?
Thanks, Mad Men.
The money talk.”
He also thanked the show’s creators for “being a true leader.”
“You’ve been incredible,” Rhys, who plays Roger Sterling on the show, wrote.
“It’s just been great.
I love you.”
In addition to the ad campaign, Showtime will also debut a new Mad Men themed episode on June 12.
It will air on Tuesdays at 8 p.m.
The episode will feature “Mad Women” and “Mad Man” actress Megan McArdle.
In a statement to MTV News, Showtime said, “We’re proud to continue our long-standing partnership with AMC with this new Mad Money Talks ad campaign.
We’re honored that viewers across the country will finally have the opportunity to catch up on the series that has inspired so many people for generations.
Mad Men is a television phenomenon that continues to be a huge hit.”
“Madness” airs Mondays at 8:00 p., ET/PT on AMC.
